When do I need to perform "Reclaim UIDs"?

Two scenarios as below:
- The UID increases after deleting users and then creating new users. Due to the the limitation of the UID maximum numbers: 63000, the system will warn and notify to click “Reclaim UIDs” when the available numbers of UID is less than 1000.
- When you perform a pool offline/online manually, the system will check whether each UID is still valid or not. The system will also warn and notify to click “Reclaim UIDs” if there is any invalid UID.
