How to find NAS model name, firmware version, serial number and MAC address

Details

You can identify your NAS information using the following methods:

  1. Check the Physical Label
    1. Look for the label on your NAS device.
    2. It lists the model name, serial number, and MAC address.
  2. Use Qfinder Pro
    1. Open Qfinder Pro on your computer.
    2. Locate your NAS in the list.
    3. The following details are shown:
      • Device Type: NAS model name
      • Firmware Version: Current firmware version
      • MAC Address: Network MAC address
  3. Check in QTS
    1. Log in to the QTS interface.
    2. Open Control Panel.
    3. You can see the NAS model name and firmware version displayed there.
