HDP PC Agent is a free Windows® application that backs up the complete system, disks, folders, and files of your important PC/server to QNAP NAS. For bare-metal system recovery, use it together with HDP Recovery Media Creator.
Users must install HDP for PC/VM v2.3.0 on their NAS.
What HDP PC Agent can do?

System backup
HDP PC Agent supports complete system backup, including the operating system, applications, and settings. For bare-metal system recovery, use it together with HDP Recovery Media Creator to create recovery media.

Disks/folders/files backup
Back up entire disks, folders, and files. Using the Backup Explorer in HDP for PC/VM, you can browse and restore specific folders or files.

Scheduled backup
Once you set backup rules, HDP PC Agent does the rest.

Please make sure to turn off BitLocker encryption before backing up your computer with HDP PC Agent, so that you can restore it using the Backup Explorer. After restoring a full system, remember to re-enable BitLocker for continued protection.
