How to find my NAS model name, firmware version, serial number and MAC address?

You can identify your NAS information using the following methods:

Check the physical label.
1. Look for the label on your NAS device.
2. It lists the model name, serial number, and MAC address.
  Tip
  If your label includes the serial number, but not the device model name, please skip to Method 4.
Use Qfinder Pro.
1. Open Qfinder Pro on your computer.
2. Locate your NAS from the list.
3. The following details are shown:
  - Device Type: NAS model name
  - Firmware Version: Current firmware version
  - MAC Address: Network MAC address
Check in QTS or QuTS hero.
1. Log in to QTS or QuTS hero.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. You can see the NAS model name and firmware version displayed there.
Use your serial number.
1. Find your serial number from the device label.
2. Go to QNAP Warranty Service.
3. Scroll down to Check Your Warranty Status.
4. Enter your serial number.
5. Click Send.
6. The website shows your NAS model name and warranty period.
