QES 2.0.0 build 20180808
2018-08-09
Fixed Issues
- ES1640dc/ES1640dc v2: The LCD status display on the front of an EJ-series expansion unit would not display the enclosure ID after disconnecting then reconnecting the power cable.
- The "Storage Pool Removal Wizard" > "Summary" screen displayed the wrong disks when removing a storage pool.
- It was not possible to delete a host after configuring its NFS host access permissions.
- If "Send alert emails when the following events occur" was enabled in a "NAS to NAS" backup job, the job status would never change to "finished" and QES would not send alert emails.
- QES failed to create a NAS to NAS backup job if the source or destination folder name contained Unicode characters.
- QES failed to take a shared folder snapshot if the folder name contained space characters.
- It was possible to set the system port to port 80, which prevented users from accessing QES using a web browser.
Enhancements
- Improved Commvault CIFS/SMB backup performance.
- Improved CIFS/SMB I/O performance for small file operations.
- QES now automatically restarts after a firmware update.
- You can now edit the hosts list of an iSCSI target while the target is connected to an iSCSI initiator.
