The QXG-10G4SF-BCM 10 GbE network expansion card features four SFP+ ports and PCIe 4.0 connectivity, delivering up to 40Gbps aggregate bandwidth to eliminate performance bottlenecks. With support for advanced offload technologies including RDMA and SR-IOV, it significantly enhances network efficiency and is well-suited for I/O-intensive and latency-sensitive virtualization and data center environments. With QXG-10G4SF-BCM’s four 10GbE SFP+ ports, you can aggregate bandwidth using SMB multichannel or port trunking, achieving up to 40 Gbps total throughput for your NAS. Ideal for high-speed file access and multi-user environments:
• SMB Multichannel: Multiply the available bandwidth (40 Gbps) between NAS and directly-connected clients. Suited for personal use.
• Port Trunking: Increases file access efficiency for simultaneous data access with multiple members. Recommended for users who deploy network switches in their IT infrastructure.

The QXG-10G4SF-BCM supports SR-IOV, which can allocate bandwidth resources from a physical network card directly to VMs on the NAS. It ensures reliable VM applications and reduced CPU overheads.
