Details

The maximum size of an individual file that you can upload via myQNAPcloud portal is 5 GB. Nevertheless, we do not recommend this approach due to web browsers' inability to resume uploads after network interruptions and other limitations. If you want to upload files via the portal, we suggest that you only upload smaller files.

If you want to upload larger files from your QNAP devices to myQNAPcloud storage, we recommend synchronizing your files using HBS3 or HybridMount, as they support multipart upload, which allows a single file to be uploaded as collection of parts. This means that if one part fails due to network interruptions, it can be reuploaded and will not affect other parts of the file.
