Why can't I assign myQNAPcloud Surveillance license?

Details

There are various reasons why the assigning process is unsuccessful. After you click Assign on the last step of the Back up to myQNAPcloud Surveillance wizard, a Result window will appear. See the table below to check your assign status.

Result statusDescription
License invalidThis means the license you selected has issues that causes this assigning process to fail, such as an expired license. Go to QNAP license manager to review the license status.
Connection timeoutThis means the network connection of your server is unstable. Check your server's network connection and try again.
System errorThis status indicates that an unexpected error has happened. Contact QNAP Support if this keeps happening.
