Writing Cache in QuTS hero

Writing Cache has been removed from QuTS hero due the new ZFS file system. With the new file system Writing Cache makes no big performance improvement due ZFS file system will always write in empty blocks (not rewrite original blocks) and then will release the previous used block. So having a Writing Cache will not provide any advantage.

The New available Cache are

Read Cache
Read Cache and ZIL synchronous I/O Write Log
