Why I don't see"Turn on the NAS automatically" in Power Recovery setting?

Power Recovery lets you specify the action the server should take when the power resumes after power loss.
Basically you can see two options,
- Restore the previous NAS power status
- Keep the NAS turned off.
Due to the hardware limitation, "Turn on the NAS automatically on" is only available in x86 Models NAS.
