You can find the Surveillance Station Product License Key on the packaging, or login to QID and find the License ID in License Manager
- If you have a first-generation license, the license key is 24-digits long and contains letters and numbers. You can also find the license key in Surveillance Station’s License Management interface.
- If you have a second-generation license, the license key is 25-digits long and contains letters and numbers.
- If you purchased the license in QNAP Software Store, the license key is 24-digits long and contains letters and numbers.
