Why my windows/Mac can't see iSCSI LUN?

The possible reason is due to the file system of the LUN is in RAW format and unrecognized by the operating system.
- In Windows, You may check the status of iSCSI LUN disk in Windows Disk Management.
- In macOS, You may check the status of iSCSI LUN disk can be found in Disk Utility.
