QNAP Issues Warning Regarding Simply Group II LLC and Eaegis LLC as Resellers
It has come to our attention that Simply Group II, LLC (operating under the name QNAPdirect and SimplyNAS) and its affiliate Eaegis LLC (operating under the name eAegis) have been promoting and selling QNAP products claiming current orders are backorder, when stock is available. We would like to emphasize that currently QNAP inventory is healthy and has limited backorders. QNAP has no affiliation or association with either Simply Group II LLC nor Eaegis LLC.
The current business practice by QNAPdirect, SimplyNAS and eAegis is a serious risk to consumers and business. We strongly advise against purchasing any QNAP products from QNAPdirect, SimplyNAS and eAegis.
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand, we are taking immediate action against Simply Group II, LLC and Eaegis LLC to cease their unauthorized activities. We are also collaborating with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure a swift resolution to this matter.
We encourage customers whose orders have been delayed or backorder by QNAPdirect , SimplyNAS or eAegis to immediately dispute the charges with your financial institution.
