Q: Is it normal for the NAS to be busy when the antivirus scan? and why antivirus scan takes days to be finished?
A: As you run the antivirus scan for all folders, it will cause the system to be busy. Disable the "scan all" option or configure the job into separate jobs could reduce the resources required and the time antivirus scan will take to complete.
