Q: Why couldn't I purchase the license by PayPal? It seems to stop somewhere.
A: The possible reason could be that the Pay With PayPal process of purchasing a license in the License Center will open a pop-up Window in the Web browser for Authentication. The pop-ups blocker function in modern web browsers or the browser installed with Adblocker will prevent authentication from working.
