Perhaps there are hardware issue or disk problem:

  1. Please turn it off then remove all disks, then reboot machine without any disk.

  2. If booting is successful (without any disk), perhaps the issue was caused by one/some of the disks. In this case, try to install disks except the failed disks, then restart NAS for double check. (For example : installing disk 1,2 and disk4 but we don’t install disk3 because we could enter “dmesg” on putty to read kernel message, or you could contact helpdesk support for troueblshooting)

  3.  If booting failed without disks installed,  this may indicate there is some hardware issue, in this case, please contact support or your original reseller for help with RMA processing.
