Explanation

All data stored on myQNAPcloud Storage is encrypted at rest (Server-Side Encryption). All the object data is encrypted with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) before being written to a disk drive.

To further secure your data, we recommend enabling Client Site Encryption when creating a backup or sync job with Hybrid Backup Sync on your QNAP device.
