Daisy chain multiple Thunderbolt accessories

- The Apple Thunderbolt 4/ Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter supports bi-directional connections. However, it may be incompatible with some Windows PCs.
- No, it is not a typical Thunderbolt DAS (Direct Attached Storage). It is rather a Direct Access Storage or Thunderbolt Share Access.
- You can directly connect a Mac with the Thunderbolt NAS but IP configuration is required. Qfinder Pro can be used to assign an IP address.
- Yes.
- Some Thunderbolt NAS have built-in 10GbE ports, while others can attain 10GbE by installing a PCIe 10GbE expansion card. An adapter (e.g. QNA adapter) is required to connect a Mac to 10GbE networks.
- Yes. Thunderbolt NAS provides multiple Thunderbolt ports, 10GbE or 2.5GbE network ports, allowing you to build a storage base for multiple users.
