Please refer to the Model column in the list when selecting a drive.
Firmware note: The firmware version is usually not shown on the retail packaging, so it may not be identifiable at the time of purchase. However, this will not affect your drive selection. Drive manufacturers typically provide firmware updates. Please update the drive firmware to the latest version using the manufacturer's utility software before installation.
QNAP customer service is unable to provide technical support for devices not listed on the QNAP compatibility list. To ensure optimal compatibility and performance, please use devices included in the compatibility list.
Device compatibility may be affected if development/support for the device's drivers has been ceased by the manufacturer, third-party contributors, or open-source developers.

If the SED HDD/SSD cannot be used normally, please use the PSID (Physical Secure ID) and the PSID clear function of the NAS to reset the HDD/SSD to the factory default value. (Note: This will also clear the data in HDD/SSD.)
