Its intelligent desktop allows you to find the desired functions quickly, create desktop shortcuts or group shortcuts, monitor important system information on a real-time basis, and open multiple application windows to run multiple tasks concurrently, bringing greater operating efficiency.

Equipped with powerful Dual-Core Intel® Core™ i3 3.3 GHz processor and 2GB DDR3 RAM, the TS-670 Pro is designed as a home NAS with high quality hardware to provide the performance to deliver extremely smooth media transcoding capabilities. You can also use the TS-670 Pro as a home multimedia hub to fully enjoy your photo, music and videos.

The splendid user interface and the support for 5.1 channel surround sound audio passthrough*, coupled with the powerful media transcoding capability of the TS-670 Pro, brings smooth playback of Full HD videos providing a quality home theater experience**. You can also turn your mobile devices into remote controls by installing the Qremote app or use MCE remote controls via the built-in IR receiver of the TS-670 Pro.

Supports DLNA and AirPlay for media streaming

You can use DLNA-compatible devices such as Smart TVs, Sony® PlayStation™, Microsoft® Xbox 360® and media players to watch HD quality videos stored on the TS-670 Pro. You can also use the Qfile app on an iOS device to browse videos and photos stored on the TS-670 Pro and play on the TV via Apple TV®. By installing the Media Streaming add-on app from the QTS App Center, you can stream your media content directly on a TV via Apple TV or Chromecast™ from File Station, Photo Station, Music Station or Video Station.

The TS-670 Pro acts as your photo vault for you to back up your favorite photos. The Photo Station makes photo sharing simple, and you can designate your own access right controls. Simply upload your photos to the TS-670 Pro to create and organize your photo albums through a web browser, and share with your family and friends through social networking sites such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Pinterest. Your mobile devices are useful too, with the Qfile mobile app in your iOSR or Android? devices you can instantly upload photos to the TS-670 Pro.

Apple Time Machine is also supported to provide Mac OS X users with an effortless solution to back up data to the TS-670 Pro.
