Why can't I see the NAS on the Windows network?

This issue could be caused, because UPnP discovery service is disabled. To enable this service, go to Control Panel > Network & File Services > Service Discovery and in the tab “UPnP Discovery Service”, you may enable the UPnP Discovery service to address this issue.

Please also check the tab “Bonjour” and enable “Bonjour service”.
