Why does a NAS connected to Q'center using Q'center Assistant not use the specified port for connection (and in doing so cause an abnormal status)?

Answer:

When using a specific port to connect a NAS to Q'center using Q'center Assistant, please ensure that the AP Router's Port Forwarding function is active and applied to the port by restarting it to allow Q'center to set up a connection.
