Why the thumbnails failed to generate in Photo Station?

This could be due to Cayin MediaSign Player is not installed on the NAS or the Cayin license (free) has not been activated yet on the NAS. Once Cayin MediaSign Player is installed and the free license activated, the thumbnail should start generating as the media content gets indexed.
