Explanation

Yes, you can cancel your myQNAPcloud Storage subscription at any time.

After cancelling your subscription plan, you will still have full access to your storage until your current billing cycle ends. When your subscription plan expires, your storage space will be reduced to the free version. You will have a grace period of 30 days to continue your subscription. If you do not make any payment within the grace period, we will impose limitations on your cloud storage. You will only have limited access to your storage, and you cannot add any new files. 60 days after the end of the grace period, your files will be deleted in order to reduce your storage space to the free version. This means that when your subscription expires, you will have a total of 90 days to make a payment or to re-subscribe before your files get deleted.

Refund policy

myQNAPcloud Storage subscription plan purchases are non-refundable. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still continue to use your storage until your subscription expires.
