Power adapter fails to work
- Connect the power cord to the DC IN input of the router.
- Connect the power adapter to the electrical outlet.
- Check if the LED on the power adapter turns on.
Possible Causes
If the power adapter LED does not turn on, the power adapter could be faulty.
Router cannot power on
- Connect the power cord to the DC IN input of the router.
- Connect the power adapter to the electrical outlet.
- Check if the power LED on the router turns yellow-green or green.
Possible Causes
If the power LED does not turn on, the router could be faulty.
Router cannot boot
- Check if the system status LED on the router turns green or flashes green.
- If the system status LED is red, perform a hardware reset.
Possible Causes
If the system status LED does not turn green after a hardware reset, there could be an underlying booting issue.
Router network issues
- Connect the WAN port of the router to the network.
- Connect the LAN port of the router to the computer.
- Confirm whether the WAN port LED turns orange and the LAN port LED turns green.
- Open Qfinder Pro on your computer.

- Locate the router from the list.
NoteIf you are unable to locate the router on the list, restart your computer and any network switch that is connected to the router.
- Select the router and click Login.
- Log into QuRouter.
Possible Causes
