QES 2.0.0 build 20190514
2019-05-23
Compatibility
- ES1640dc/ES1640dc v2
Fixed Issues
- The list of users at Control Panel > Users would sometimes be displayed incorrectly after joining an Active Directory domain.
- Some users and groups would sometimes not be listed at Control Panel > Users after joining an Active Directory domain.
- It was not possible to log into QES with a user account if a storage controller was running firmware ES-SINGLE_20180808-2.0.0.0327_SPECIAL_FIX5 or ES-DUAL_20180808-2.0.0.0326_SPECIAL_FIX5 at the time the user account was created or modified, and then the storage controller firmware was updated to a later version.
- Installed memory appeared to be 0 GB when 32 GB of memory was installed at Control Panel > System Status > Hardware Information.
- Storage pool capacities were displayed incorrectly after updating QES from version 1.1.4 build 20170720 to any later version.
- Deleting files from a LUN would sometimes result in poor iSCSI performance.
- Under certain conditions, disks in an expansion enclosure would appear as missing at Storage Manager > Storage Space even though they were working normally and were listed at Storage Manager > Disks.
Enhancements
- Improved the confirmation message that appears when restoring a file or a folder from a snapshot.
- QES now creates an event log message when it is unable to perform a storage controller giveback because the storage controller disks are inconsistent.
- Improved QES UI performance when there are a high number of shared folders and LUNs with the same snapshot schedule.
