Can I change the email address for myQNAPcloud ID?

Resolution

Unfortunately, you can't change the email address associated with a myQNAPcloud account. Instead, create a new account using the new email address, then register your QNAP devices with the new account. After transferring the devices, you can then delete the original account by navigating to User Profile > Security > Delete My account.
