Enhancements

ACL

• If the system restarts while ACL permission settings are being updated, the system can now continue updating the settings after the restart.
• Owner permissions are now added to a shared folder when the folder is created.

Control Panel

• The system backup and restore functions have been upgraded with new capabilities and options. You can now restore system settings to a device of a different model running the same or a later firmware version, configure specific settings you want to restore (including general, user/group, shared folder, and network settings), install or update the applications recorded in a backup, and set up an automatic backup schedule.

Fixed Issues

• Resolved an issue in QVPN Service where under certain circumstances, trying to enable any VPN service would fail and incorrectly trigger an IP conflict log message.
• Resolved an unusual issue where users might fail to restore files from a snapshot in Storage & Snapshots if they opened the application via File Station.
• Fixed an issue where under certain conditions if 2-step verification was enabled for the "admin" account, a system reset via the hardware reset button would fail to disable 2-step verification for the account after the reset.
• In the shared folder and LUN creation wizards, Storage & Snapshots now immediately warns users if the shared folder or LUN name they specify is identical to the name of an existing external storage partition.
• Improved I/O performance when accessing files via SMB by reducing the number of logs generated.
• Fixed an issue where when logged in as a domain user on a Windows device connected to a domain controller NAS, executing a command that contained a service principal name (SPN) would fail if the SPN included spaces.
• Fixed a rare issue where under certain circumstances users might encounter an authentication error when using Windows Server 2019 as a domain controller to access a folder on a NAS connected as a domain member.

Miglioramenti

ACL

• Se il sistema si riavvia mentre le impostazioni delle autorizzazioni ACL vengono aggiornate, il sistema ora può continuare ad aggiornare le impostazioni dopo il riavvio.
• Le autorizzazioni del proprietario vengono ora aggiunte a una cartella condivisa quando la cartella viene creata.

Pannello di controllo

• Le funzioni di backup e ripristino del sistema sono state aggiornate con nuove funzionalità e opzioni. Ora puoi ripristinare le impostazioni di sistema su un dispositivo di un modello diverso che esegue la stessa versione del firmware o una versione successiva, configurare le impostazioni specifiche che desideri ripristinare (incluse le impostazioni generali, utente/gruppo, cartella condivisa e di rete), installare o aggiornare le applicazioni registrati in un backup e impostare una pianificazione del backup automatico.

• Risolto un problema per cui in determinate condizioni, se la verifica in due passaggi era abilitata per l'account "admin", un ripristino del sistema tramite il pulsante di ripristino dell'hardware non riusciva a disattivare la verifica in due passaggi per l'account dopo il ripristino.
• Nelle procedure guidate di creazione di cartelle condivise e LUN, Archiviazione e snapshot ora avvisano immediatamente gli utenti se la cartella condivisa o il nome LUN specificati è identico al nome di una partizione di archiviazione esterna esistente.
• Prestazioni I/O migliorate durante l'accesso ai file tramite SMB riducendo il numero di registri generati.
• Risolto un problema per cui quando si accedeva come utente di dominio su un dispositivo Windows connesso a un NAS del controller di dominio, l'esecuzione di un comando che conteneva un nome dell'entità servizio (SPN) falliva se l'SPN includeva spazi.

• Risolto un problema per cui dopo aver aggiornato myQNAPcloud, il riavvio del NAS poteva causare il ripristino di myQNAPcloud alla versione integrata.
• Risolto un problema nelle cartelle HybridMount montate tramite SMB, per cui la visualizzazione dei contenuti della cartella richiedeva molto tempo quando si accedeva da un computer tramite SMB.
