What network ports I can't use as proxy server port while configuring Proxy Server app?

The following port numbers are system reserved and can't be used as proxy server port (HTTP) in Proxy Server app.

If you fill in the reserved port numbers in proxy server port (HTTP), Proxy Server app prompts “This port is reserved for other services”.
