Should I shut down NAS after data access or keep it running every day?

The runtime of NAS should be due to user’s request or habits.

If set NAS as a server (internet web server or data storage for customers) It should be better to keep NAS running for all days.
Probably NAS is located at home, and you could set power on/off schedule for the NAS to run between 9:00~21:30 for family for example.
