[Qmanager Android] Why can't I find Push notification with certain Huawei devices (especially device models available to the public after May 16, 2019)?

Google’s apps and services are not available for preload or sideload on mobile devices (especially device models available to the public after May 16, 2019 ).
Applied firmware:
All NAS firmware
Scenarios:
I cannot find Push notification with certain Huawei devices (especially device models available to the public after May 16, 2019).
Solution:
Android Qmanager’s Push notification function is based on Google Mobile Service(GMS). Thus, for those devices that don’t have Google Mobile Services will not have Push notification option in Android Qmanager.
