I use a SAS QNAP NAS. Why can I not back up file-based LUNs when using the iSCSI LUN Backup function?

Answer:

Both file-based and block-based LUNs can be backed up using a SAS QNAP NAS with firmware 4.1.2 (or higher). Only block-based LUN can be backed up when using older firmware.
