How do I find network speed bottleneck?

Follow the procedures below

Direct connect the NAS and a PC/Mac by ethernet cable and copy a single 4GB iSO file from the NAS to the PC by Windows File Explorer/macOS finder, the expected speed should be around 100MB/s in 1Gbps network.
Connect the other wired network devices back one by one and copy the same file check if the slow speed happens in connecting certain device.
Connect the wireless network devices and run the same test.
