All QNAP products
Overview
Understanding the support status of your QNAP product is essential for maintaining security, accessing the latest firmware updates, and receiving technical assistance. QNAP products go through several support phases: Supported, End of Support (EOS), and End of Life (EOL). Each phase determines the level of updates and services available to you. To help you stay informed, we provide a dedicated page where you can easily check and understand the current support status of your QNAP products.
Procedure
- Identify your QNAP product model:
- Locate the model name of your device, which you can often find on the sticker at the bottom or rear of your device.
- Alternatively, log in to your device and go to Control Panel > System Status > System Information > Model Name. - Check your product support status:
- Visit the QNAP Product Support Status page.
- Use the search function or browse the list to find your product model.
- Review the phase for your product and check the table for hardware repair, firmware updates, technical support, and other services.
Limitations
If your product is listed as End of Life (EOL), it will not receive further firmware updates or technical support from QNAP.
For continued security and support, we recommend upgrading to a supported QNAP product.
