The IP address has changed for Q'center or the managed NAS.

  2. Open the Q’center Agent.
  3. Manually set the Q'center IP address.

The NAS is functioning abnormally, and the Q’center Agent has become unstable.

  1. Log in to the managed NAS,
  2. Disable the Q’center Agent.
  3. Re-enable the agent.
Reinstall the Q’center Agent
Note
This action will remove all historical records for the managed NAS.
  1. Remove the managed NAS from Q'center.
  2. Log in to the managed NAS.
  3. Uninstall the Q'center Agent.
  4. Add the managed NAS to Q’center again.

Q'center Agent is unable to send or receive data normally because the managed NAS is under heavy CPU load (> 90%) or has limited network bandwidth.

  • Reduce the NAS CPU usage.
  • Establish a dedicated monitoring network for the NAS.
