Why am I encountering an authentication error when creating a SharePoint storage space in HBS 3?

Scenario
When trying to create a SharePoint storage space in HBS 3, you encounter the following error message even though you entered the correct credentials:
"Authentication Error. Cannot connect to cloud service."
Cause
Creating a SharePoint storage space in HBS 3 requires you to have a OneDrive profile. If you haven't logged in to OneDrive previously, your OneDrive profile might not have been created yet, unless your organization administrator has pre-provisioned OneDrive for your user account.
Solution
To address this issue, log in to OneDrive at https://onedrive.live.com/login/. This immediately creates a OneDrive profile for your account. You can then proceed to create your SharePoint storage space in HBS 3.
