What to do if the myQNAPcloud SSL Certificate is not working after replacing my NAS?

Last modified date: 2022-06-24

  • myQNAPcloud SSL certificate

You need to release the certificate from the old NAS to use it on thenew NAS.

If you are unable to access this NAS, you can also go to the myQNAPcloud website and unregister your NAS. Unregistering a NAS will automatically release the SSL certificate.

After unregistering the faulty NAS device and releasing the SSL certificate, using the same QNAP ID, please register the (now unused) SSL certificate to the new QNAP NAS device.

See here for more detail.
