Not able to access QNAP database using phpMyAdmin with "root" user

If you are trying to access your database using phpMyAdmin and you are not able to.

Please remember that the default administrator user is “root” and the default password for it is “admin”. If after trying this combination the issue still persists, You can change the “root” password directly from the control panel. Please go to “Control Panel > Applications > SQL server” and change the password
