Can Data be Recovered if Deleted on the NAS by Accident

If you have removed data on the NAS by accident, could you check the following to try restore the data:

See if the data is still in the Recycle bin. This would be accessible from File Station, or on the QTS desktop.

If you have snapshots created, the data can be restored from the existing snapshots. More details on snapshots can be found in the below links:

Below are some recommendations to minimize the chance of data loss:

Create a snapshot of the volume/LUN.

Ensure the Network Recycle Bin is not disabled. This option can be found in the NAS Control Panel > Network & File Services > Network Recycle Bin.
