If the internal disk of 1-bay NAS fails when QRAID-1 configuration is enabled, can I replace the internal disk with the eSATA or USB disk?

Yes. The internal disk can be replaced by the external disk. You can also install a new internal disk and execute “Restore” function to restore the data from the eSATA or USB disk to the new internal disk.
