• Added support for QNAP SSD Antiwear leveling (QSAL), which prevents simultaneous SSD failure for better data protection and system reliability.

SNMP

VJBOD Cloud

• Users can now manually specify a bucket name when creating a cloud volume/LUN if their privileges do not allow for browsing the bucket list.

Fixed Issues

• QuTS hero would sometimes rebuild storage pools when the NAS restarted.
• QuTS hero could still connect to an iSCSI target via a specific network interface even though users disabled iSCSI service for this network interface in Service Binding.
• Users could still click the "Expand Capacity" button in Storage Pool Management even after QuTS hero finished expanding a RAID group, leading to no action.
• QuTS hero could not keep protocol permissions for either local or domain users after restoring a shared folder from a snapshot.
• QuTS hero could not keep folder permissions for an added user group.
• Users could not open PDF or image files when directly accessing File Station in a web browser.
• Users sometimes could not delete certain user groups from QuTS hero.
• Users could not move files from the home folder of one user to the home folder of another user even with sufficient folder permissions.

Known Issues

• Users could not connect to the network when the jumbo frame of a 2.5 GbE network adapter was not set to 1500 bytes.
