Why the language of pop-up message window is not aligned to the language set in KoiMeeter?

Some pop-up message window leverage the Alert interface provided by Operating System. The language of OK or Cancel on pop-up message window is referred to Operating System language. However, user can select KoiMeeter language by themselves. Therefore, some pop-up message windows have different language from KoiMeeter.
