Why can’t I successfully connect to the remote in snapshot replica?

Applied Firmware:

All QTS Firmware Versions

Please confirm the following:

The IP and account password are correct.
The account must be in Administrators group.
SSH needs to be enabled in destination NAS.
If using a user in Administrators group(not Admin) to connect, the destination NAS must be updated to QTS 4.5.4.
