I cannot activate my software license

Scenario
I entered the correct license key during the license activation but I still cannot activate it.
Solution
This might be that your firewall blocks the website to result in the failure of the license activation. Please try to add the following website into the allowlist of your firewall to see if it can solve the problem. If not, please contact QNAP technical support (https://service.qnap.com) for further assistances.
If the QTS version of your NAS is earlier than 5.1.0, please add the following website into the allowlist of your firewall.
https://license.api.myqnapcloud.com
If the QTS version of your NAS is 5.1.0 or later version, please add the following website into the allowlist of your firewall.
https://license.myqnapcloud.io
For the QuTScloud installed in Virtualization Station, there's no need to activate the license.
