Some email servers may limit the size of emails, such as emails notifications from the NAS will be rejected.
If you are unable to receive notification emails due to size limitations from your email server, you may try to send the emails as plain text:

Create or Edit an email notification

Open "Methods and Recipients"
-
Select the option "Send email as plain text".
