How do I check the warranty status of my QNAP device?

Procedure
- Identify the model number and serial number (also referred to as an SN or S/N) of your device. For more information, click here.
- Use the serial number to identify the exact model number on your QNAP Account.
- Identify the standard warranty period.
- Go to the Product Warranty page.
- Under Check Standard Warranty and Available Warranty Plans, find your device based on the product type, number of bays, and model number.
- Add the standard warranty period to the device purchase date.
For example: The Product Warranty page lists a device as having a 2 year warranty. If the device was purchased on July 30, 2021, the warranty expires on July 30, 2023.
