Why can I not see the used capacity of TR-002 and TR-004 on macOS?

This occurs when the drives have been formatted using Windows. The allocation unit sizes (cluster sizes) of Windows may not be supported by macOS and this will prevent the drive from mounting.

TR series units that are intended for usage between Windows and macOS devices should be formatted on macOS.
