Why can't I play mobile recordings with Cayin MediaSign player installed(H.265)?

All NAS series with QTS or QuTS Hero system

Ensure that you have the Cayin MediaSign Player Plus version license installed and activated. The Cayin MediaSign Player Basic version license does not support H.265.
