How do I add a myQNAPcloud Storage space in Qfile Pro?

QNAP's myQNAPcloud Storage is an easy-to-use and expandable backup destination for all QNAP NAS users - from small businesses to multinational enterprises. Besides backing up NAS data, myQNAPcloud Storage can be used as secure cloud drives. You can use it to store your data, collaborate with teammates, or share files with clients and friends. Using Qfile Pro with myQNAPcloud Storage space
You automatically receive limited free myQNAPcloud Storage space if you have a QNAP ID. To use myQNAPcloud Storage spaces with Qfile Pro, perform the following steps:
1. Create a myQNAPcloud Storage space
- Go to www.myqnapcloud.com.
- Sign in with your QNAP ID.
- Select myQNAPcloud Storage from the left side menu.
- Click Create Space.
- Select a region where you want to store your data.
- Click Subscribe.
A myQNAPcloud Storage space is created.
2. Add the myQNAPcloud Storage space in Qfile Pro
- Open Qfile Pro on your mobile device.
- Tap
(Device List) > Add myQNAPcloud Storage.
The QNAP ID screen appears. - Select a QNAP ID.
- If you are not signed in with the selected QNAP ID, Qfile Pro will ask you to sign in:
- The QNAP ID Region window appears.
- Select your region.
- Tap Ok.
The Sign in QNAP ID screen appears. - Enter your email or phone number, and password.
- Tap Sign in.
Qfile Pro signs you into your NAS and Folder screen appears.
- The Folder screen appears and displays your myQNAPcloud Storage spaces.
- Tap a myQNAPcloud Storage space.
The myQNAPcloud Storage space is added to Qfile Pro and appears in the Device List.
You can now use your myQNAPcloud Storage space to backup and synchronize files on your mobile device.
