How can I purchase and activate an ADRA NDR license?

Global editions of the ADRA NDR include a 30-day trial license for the ADRA NDR application. To retain access to the full features of ADRA NDR after this time, you'll need to purchase a license from the QNAP Software Store. You can use the following process to purchase and activate an ADRA NDR license:

  1. Create a QNAP ID.
    Note
    This step isn't required if you already have a QNAP ID.
    1. Go to https://account.qnap.com.
      The QNAP Account login page appears.
    2. Click Sign up.
      The Create Account screen appears.
    3. Specify a nickname, a valid email address or phone number, and a password.
    4. Read and acknowledge the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
    5. Click Sign Up.
      The Data Privacy Notice box appears.
    6. Read the notice, and then click I Agree.
      myQNAPcloud sends a verification email or message.
    7. Confirm the registration.
      The QNAP ID is activated.
  2. Register your ADRA device with myQNAPcloud.
    1. Sign in to QNE ADRA as an administrator.
    2. Open myQNAPcloud.
    3. Under Stand-alone Mode or Cloud Management Mode, click Get started using a QNAP ID.
    4. Enter your QNAP ID and password.
    5. Click Sign In.
    6. Optional: Specify a different device name.
    7. Click Next.
    8. Optional: Configure services.
    9. Click Apply.
      myQNAPcloud registers the ADRA device.
  3. Purchase an ADRA NDR license. <
    1. Open ADRA NDR.
    2. In the upper-right corner, click and click Software Store.
      The ADRA NDR license page appears.
    3. Select a license plan.
    4. Click CHECKOUT NOW.
      The Customer Login page appears.
    5. Click SIGN IN | CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
      The QNAP Account login page appears.
    6. Sign in with your QNAP ID.
      Important
      You must use the same QNAP ID you used to register your ADRA device.
      The Checkout page appears.
    7. Specify a payment method and billing address.
    8. Review the terms and conditions, and select I AGREE WITH QNAP TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
    9. Click PLACE ORDER.
      After the purchase is verified, the license is associated with your QNAP ID.
  4. Activate the license.
    1. In QNE ADRA, open License Center.
    2. Click Activate License.
      The License Activation window opens.
    3. Click Select License.
    4. Select the license you purchased.
    5. Click Add.
      License Center activates the license.
      A confirmation message appears.
    6. Click Close.
      The license appears in the license list.
  5. Verify the license was correctly activated for your device.
    1. Open ADRA NDR.
    2. Go to System.
    3. Go to the License tab.
    4. Verify that the license was correctly added.
